@@michxmash i think dr dray or some other dermatologist talked about bone broth vs powder collagen. it's impossible to get the same amount collagen from bone broth that you get from the powder supplements. i forgot the details but you have drink a ridiculous amount to get the same amount. like the verisol colalgen showed taht it was effective at 2.5 g a day in the study.
@@awetewtewtewawetwetw500 makes sense that a supplement would contain more collagen than bone broth. Either way, I prefer taking a food first approach before considering supplements! I'm going to give bone broth a fair chance before investing in collagen supplements.
Do you take supplements for like biosil or verisol collagen - sparkle pure therapro or hyaulronic acid
Right now I'm making bone broth again and drinking a tall mug when possible. I may consider collagen supplements after giving bone broth a good run!
