Я не знала,что в Азербайджане бывает снег! Но всё просто сказочно! Холодновато только рукам,когда готовите!
в горных районах снег выпадает рано, порой даже в октябре. всё зависит от капризов погоды конечно. а так, стандартно выпадает в ноябре, ближе к концу ноября
Это Габала север Азербайджана , там же находится горнолыжный курорт ! Найдите в поисковике Габала горнолыжный курорт , зимой туда приезжают со всего мира !

In Italy there is a similar dish (involitini) which is stuffed with bread crumbs, herbs, garlic, pine nuts and raisins. You version looks very good and I will try to make it.
