I have been watching you since the first roasted corn video. I wish you would put the ingredients on screen like you used to or even announce them. I even liked your English! You are awesome and your food is beyond reproach! I get hungry every time. Such great videos and are getting ready to buy some of your cutlery. Never stop!! Best thing on the internet!!! We have made some of the things you have and cooked them the best we can imitating you. Always delicious, despite not having your all your cooking methods. I have a smoker that I turned into a kind of roasting pit using wood. I am lucky in our area to have lots of Hickory that I cut and the flavors with your techniques are amazing. All the best to you!!
