    A pool would have been the icing on the cake...the fact that they did not choose to do it, tell me that the property has serious issues.
    For 2 million, I expect cabinets, not shelves.

      I don't think they could have a pool because of the foundation issues. Too unstable

    I think they couldn't put a pool because of foundation issues. As it is they had to lift the entire home. A pool would of sold the house inmediately because that view is gorgeous!

      I agree. The estimate was a whopping what!!! The result looks nice but it still seems too high on cost even when considering labor. Wonder if the house sold for asking, probably did.

      Yes I see they did not continue to use that landscaper. Also, as an Australian, we sit here in astonishment of your roofing material? We value cement tile and iron roofing here, we do not use the material used here on the new roof. Why could they have not painted the roof? Have replaced it, with to me, a cheap looking alternative.

    Please, for 2 million the fixtures on the tub in the master bath should have been the same gold tone as the rest of the house.

    Wow they really got ripped off in price for that backyard. Also, not a fan of the lack of kitchen cabinets. Weird

      They could have Syed a grey coating and it would have looked better. The dimensionality was good. There were several things they should have kept inside as well.

      I love red tile roof, better to match than replace w/ awful black tar. Why is white wall/countertop the default kitchen choice?

      Exactly! Red roof has better quality and makes house look more expensive! Plus 80k for exactly what? It has only deck! No pool.. and kitchen with shelving only 😵‍💫

    Really nice flip and as always T and C put money and time into structural integrity. But what I don't get is, why!!! do the stagers always set up the kitchen island as dining space? Clear the crap off, leave it empty of useless clutter. It's clutter!
