I have been wearing Code since it's release in 2004. I was so happy when the EDP released last year because, to me, the EDP has the strength that the original EDT used to have. The EDT is so weak nowadays. My wife loves Absolu... And Gold makes for a great office scent. What a lineup!

Blind bought absolu gold a while back because of the iris addition and it's a really nice elegant-smelling fragrance. Solid blind buy
One of my favourite designer lines. Profumo is a winter beast! Love it.
My most favorite in code lines is absolu gold, second is absolu, third is profumo

I hate to see these go, if that truly is the case. It’s a great line, especially Profumo and Absolu. It seems to be the new business model in the fragrance industry. Get rid of everything or just scale drastically back. Sad days ahead.
Soon, the only designers left will be 90% generic blue frags.

No wonder so many frag reviewers constantly talk about cheapies. These designer houses won't let any fragrance stay around.
@@tbiz8459 "Attention" is the new drug and currency my friend. The world is now quick to change things fast not caring about who likes it or not. Back in the day was when quality was key and they wanted it to last a lifetime.

Code was my first designer cologne all the way back to 2007. Since then was my date juice. Later I tried ultimate and now finally I bought Absolu. Now I'm purchasing a lot of fragrances but code edt will ever be in my heart!
This is my absolute favorite line of fragrances! Thank you for the video. I have all of these except Absolute Gold. The EDT has been my signature scent for years. It’s my answer to the “blue” fragrances, even though I have Colonia. Can’t wait until the Parfum drops. But yes, this line is great! A List is underrated.
I have Armani Code Profumo, Absolu and EDP. I love all three. I would hate to see any of these be discontinued. All three of them are great. I even love the bottle style and would hate to see that go as well. I am looking forward to trying the Parfum version.

I got some Code Absolu at the very end of last winter and it works wonders in the code and especially at night! It’s a date night king. I’m so excited to get a whole winter out of my bottle!
I currently have Absolu Gold, Profumo, A-List, and Colonia and really enjoy them all.
I had Profumo when came out. Back then I didn’t know anything about seasons to wear colognes. And burned through it. Loved it. And will be getting a new bottle. I currently own Absolu and can’t wait to flex it the 3 weeks here in Florida for the winter or maybe when I’m in New York for Christmas
Profumo seems a bit to sweet for me. Not a fan.

Speaking of discontinued Armani. I picked up a bottle of Armani Mania the other day, which isn’t really a code flanker but looks like it should be. Really nice throwback fresh/woody fragrance.
I love that scent. Not loud but has an understated allure.

I’ve got a special edition code (some casino version) of the OG Code from 2008. It lasts 8-10 hours easily on my skin and top 5 compliments all time for me. OG Code is my favorite from Armani’s standard range.
I know you didn't discuss it in the video, but my favorite fragrance from the Armani Code line using its namesake is Armani Code Ice. It's a pretty versatile scent I've used it all year round and received many compliments while wearing it. A little goes along way. I used up my tester and I recently purchased a new bottle off of a secondary retailer's website. I like it a lot you can wear it casually or even to an office/formal setting.
Absolu smells like a french vanilla coca cola float with more ice-cream than coke, while Profumo smells like a root beer with more root bear than ice cream llol
oh and colonia is underrated. its basically ysl y edt/ y live with armani code
I have the code profumo.It is sweet and every time I get a whiff of it I want to pop the top and take a drink. It smells AWWWWWESOME! But I am waiting for a cool day here in Florida to wear it. I need to take a trip north in November 😃
Love Code ultimate and absolu. There's something special about Ultimate for a grab and go fragrance

Armani Code Black was a MONSTER back then RIP. I just got a big bottle of Absolu and my girl said it smells like a old lady perfume. 😭😭😭 I'll have to spray it in the winter too hot now.

Code A-List is great gotten some compliments and has decent performance

I’m still a fan of the OG EDT. It’s my fall and winter scent but I have to agree I only get 4-5 hrs before having to re spray. But all in all I thoroughly enjoy this scent.
Armani Mania was the best hands down.

Great video Ash. I'm gonna be very bummed if they discontinue Absolu. One of my all time favorite designer scents.
Out of the ones I've tried, Code EDT is my favorite in the line, and one of my favorite fragrances period. People say the performance is weak, but to me it's a subtle scent but still performs.
Absolu is my next favorite. Sweet, but mature.
Profumo is next. This one is OK. To me it's just a worse take on the EDT.
Last is Colonia. I'm not a fan of ambroxan and that is all I can smell with this one.
I'd still take the code edp over luna rossa sport or le male because of the quality. And the difference to those other two will be the suede or leather note that the code edp has, aside from the prominent lavender and vanilla scent. That said, i'd like to have code edp as a solid night time fragrance 👌

Profumo is fav. If I can’t find it when I run out I’ll hopefully still find absolu…if not I’ll look for a clone or hope another code comes out that’s similar

Ash, did you ever get your hands on Armani Code Ice? I got a decant in 2015 and wish I would have bought a couple full bottles. If you've tried it, any recommendations on similar scents?
Im so tired of fragrances being discontinued! i hate to think of all the fragrances and just products in general that have been created that i and many other people eill just never get to experience because they got discontinued
Got armani code EDT in 2004. My first ever real fragrance. Loved it so much, but dropped it on the tile floor in 2012. 😢
Im in Australia and Absolu is been jacked up price wise big time plus 99% of retailers are out of the 110ml bottles, thankfully I found one and picking it up this week. But Absolu will be going.
Plus Id say Profumo will go aswell.
Still got some of my 75ml sport code and full 50ml bottle from 2011 left . Man that was great . Spray it and it’s summertime 2011 🏴🤝

I thought there must be big discontinuation or reformulation or something like that..😭😭
But I could not buy on this sale because of my country is too far..
I must buy a backup bottle of my code absolu ASAP. Its my favourite. And I am curious about profumo and absolu gold too.
The parfum is so legit. I somehow got a gift set from Macy’s that had the 4.2oz parfum, parfum aftershave, and a .5oz of the EDP for $160. They don’t even sell this as a set and I couldn’t be happier to have a mini of the EDP rather than just an extra small parfum.
What about Armani Code sport? You didn’t mention it? My favorite from the line!

I bought a big Acqua di Gio EDP in Macys last week and they gave me as a gift a Armani Code Profumo
I love Absolut. Gutted it's discontinued. I still have my original and it's probably 3/4 full.
Armani code ultimate was my favorite of the line had crazy performance and projection from what I remember.

Code absolu for me. Sadly I think it might be discontinued because Armani had absolu on sale for the longest time for cheap.
Was Mania part of the Code line or did it come before? I wore it a lot way back when, but then I drifted away from fragrances before coming back in. Haven't seen it in forever.

I love how code profumo smells but it doesn’t last at all on my skin, only like twenty minutes before I go nose blind so I don’t bother wearing it anymore :(

I heard the Armani code absolute is discontinued her in Ireland not sure if it's discontinued world wide? Just stacked up 200ml bottle and about four 60 ml.
My fav are Absolu, EDT and Colonia. Didn't enjoy EDP. Profumo has sth in it that I don't like. I hope Absolu will stay on the market because am running out of storage room for backup bottles 🤣

I have several bottles of edt...but the edp blew me away on the same day that I picked up Prada Black. I was geeked about Prada until Code edp stole the show.

Nice overview! I bought Code EDP and quite like it. I don't find the performance great though for me. I've only really use it around the house and get a few hours out of it at most.

I have official confirmation from Giorgio Armani that the entire line (profumo, absolu and the rest are being discontinued).
What about code ice?
I’ve had the colonia but starting not to like it because it smells like two colognes at once and it doesn’t blend well if that makes sense

I tried code Absolute last winter and although I do like it I do prefer the Armani code Profumo which I have bought for this winter!
