Hi Bob and Jenny, nice drive to Riv erside Campsite, this looks a lovely site. Lovely trees surrounding the site. Lovely that the dog walk is by the river very pretty. Aah hope Jenny is feeling a lot better now, not nice having a crown fitted. Tara nodding and Poppy on patrol bless them. The walk to the village was nice and looked lovely with the lights on. We stopped at the Morrison Leisure Shrewsbury Campsite like you did Bob and they are well looked after aren't they. Thank you for showing us around, looking forward to the next video x Julie and Tony x
Its a nice site we visited a couple of years ago its a lovely part of the UK, you seem to have had nice weather hope Jenny feels better soon its nice to see Tara again as well.
Ah brilliant our favourite camp site (any time if year) we live in South but feel more at home up north, fantastic walking up in betws y coed love it ❤ fab food and great camp site, nice one Bob!! If you have the car with you a week is passed easily great video both😊xx
Looks like a very scenic area to visit. The river was very pretty too. Little Poppy and Tara looked snug and very cute in their coats. I hope Jenny's tooth is feeling better now. Looking forward to the next video.
Hi Bob, Jenny, we were there 24th to the 27th of November on pitch 51 and really enjoyed our stay, thanks for all your videos, we've only had our motorhome since June and you are my go to channel for general advice and when looking to go to a site as you can be pretty sure you'll have been there.
Excellent views and village feel around there. We have stayed at another excellent site nearby called Fforest Fields, highly recommend, doggie walks galore!
Hi Bob and Jenny great video as ever it looks a great site so clean and well maintained and a great setting we have been near it as have visited Betwys y coed many times in the past it’s such a pretty area and so much to see nearby and some great walks - swallow falls just outside is a special place to Victoria and I as we got engaged there Hope Jenny is feeling better and hope weather was kind to you Daniel
Thanks for sharing Bob and Jenny that looks a loverly site. Definitely one to add to our sites to visit Next year 👍 we have looked at Poston Mill , Ludlow Touring Park ,& Stanmore Hall, from the Morris Leisure group for next year but didn’t look at this one for some reason 👍
I'm glad you enjoy Riverside, Bob and Jenny. Riverside is a first rate site in an exceptionally beautiful location. We've used both Riverside and the other Morris Leisure site Llanberis Touring Park for many years, and I would highly recommend both.
Looks a good site 😎 Ahh The Royal Oak or The Royal Choke as we call it 😂 G saved my life in there, I choked on a piece of gristle! very frightening 🙈 Not been to wales in the van yet. Glad you managed to avoid the snow. Take care, Em 💜
Another great video, so cute how Poppy knows when you're arriving 😊 Love that river walk. Is it an adults only site on account of the open water? Glad you didn't get any snow, looking forwards to seeing what you do there. ❤
We've stayed on the Morris site at Llanberis, and during Covid it was so well laid out we were so relaxed and never felt any threat of catching Covid 10/10. We always travel home via Betws-Y- Coed and stop off for 4 or 5 hours, love the place. Over 466,000 have signed a petition to rescind the crazy blanket reduction in the speed limit in Wales. Out of 22,000 miles of road in Wales, initially over 7,700 miles had a speed limit of 20mph. In a small number of places, local council's have managed to keep the 30mph limit intact. While in some places, 20mph will be appropriate, but to have a blanket reduction is a nonsense. On TV the other day they showed footage of a stretch of road 1.8 miles long which had 8 speed limit changes with speeds ranging between 20 - 60mph. My fear is that if this isn't thrown out of Wales, you can bet that it will be implemented all over the UK in the near future. Until 1st December, Police were turning a blind eye and nobody had been prosecuted for speeding in a new 20mph zone.
I understand the logic behind the speed reduction, far too easy to drive modern cars at dangerous speeds in built up areas, but the speeds limits have to be suitable for the roads and it's really hard to keep track of the different speed limits changes when driving as you point out.
Fitville have sent Santa's boots Bob!😁I must admit, now I'm in my later years, I do like a good slip on boot/shoe. I hope Jenny's crown isn't giving her any more problems as nagging tooth pain is not nice. Betws-Y-Coed looks to be a lovely place and I enjoyed the dog walk.
Hi Bob, I’ve followed you Chanel for some time now, lost of useful tips and how to’s. Arriving videos are good - not sure I really need to see you having a shave though, I’ve been doing that for years so pretty much know how to🤣 A nice show around the site, one that’s on my list to visit, so thanks for showing. Thank care both
Many many years since I camped at riverside (late 1970's). Owned by a farmer then and the touring field was all grass, no hardstandings at all. Pitched down by the railway gate a few times, quiet, but a long walk to the loos. Also used to use the Forestry commision site at Beddgelert, another great site. Never moan about the sun in North Wales, it doesnt last for long.
Very surprised to hear that you are taking a big risk going into Wales with all the ridiculous 20 mile an hour limits. Hope you can get safely back with a clean licence. Love the videos.
Last time I visited Wales was 45 years ago with wife and 4 young children, never ever met such ignorant arrogant people. Final straw was the switch in language when going into shops which even a 3 year old noted noted.
Bob another great video I noticed you had a camera in ur motorhome please could you tell me about it where u got it from Also what u think of it please Thanks Bob have a great Christmas both Jacko
Looks a lovely site, love sites by rivers 🙂 Hope Jenny feels better soon, take care Trev Debz and Tyler x x

One of our favourite sites, were there for New Year
It’s beautiful there. Our daughter was there a few weeks back. We enjoyed Hannover, fabulous time especially Celle and Hameln we know it as Hamlin.
Beautiful part of the country x

If you do Bob,stay on the fully serviced pitches ,I'm sure they at the top of the site, with magnificent views.
Fitville have sent Santa's boots Bob!😁I must admit, now I'm in my later years, I do like a good slip on boot/shoe.

I'll try not to repeat it. 😅
no worries😅looking forward to your next adventures
Looks a nice site, we will have to try it out some time.
👍😊
Always enjoy your videos. The speed limit makes Wales unappealing- just couldn’t be bothered with it.
Didn't bother me at all!
Just left there today we both got a bug from somewhere back home in sunny Lincoln lol
As long as you took it back to Lincoln with you. 😊 Get well soon.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo yep still got it so definitely did not leave it there
Lovely site, but then all Morris Leisure sites are very good. Poston mill has a fantastic dog walk.
Thanks we will have to try that.
Wow what a cracking site. Definitely going to try that one. Can I ask what the paperwork is in your sun visor.
Anyway see you on the next one 👍
A print out of my Motorhome weights and dimensions.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo thank you Bob and Jenny. 🙏

Yes Beddgelert is the one on the Welseg Highland Railway?
Yes thats right, the railway runs right behind the camp and even has its own station@@BobEarnshawMoHo
Yes, we must go there!
First site was Bridgenorth
OK thanks
Very surprised to hear that you are taking a big risk going into Wales with all the ridiculous 20 mile an hour limits. Hope you can get safely back with a clean licence. Love the videos.
Thanks, it takes some getting used to that 20 mph limit. We left with licence intact hopefully.
Last time I visited Wales was 45 years ago with wife and 4 young children, never ever met such ignorant arrogant people. Final straw was the switch in language when going into shops which even a 3 year old noted noted.
Never had that, everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Hopefully things have changed in 45 years.
Bob another great video
I noticed you had a camera in ur motorhome please could you tell me about it where u got it from Also what u think of it please
Thanks Bob have a great Christmas both
Jacko
Thank you I use GoPro Hero 11 and 12.
£12.00 for the dogs 🐕
Yes, I know people moan about Caravan and Motorhome Club prices, but at least there aren't hidden extras like dogs...
