Got Far Harbor last week, never thought this quest would become so difficult! My favorite game out of all I play, this last section of DiMA's memories had me swearing and super frustrated, which with this game, I've never done before. None so ridiculous as how much time I spent on this last one. Last night, hours, trying to figure it out, got sleepy and had to back out. The first 4 sections, no problem, got through quickly. Anyway, thank you SO much, now I realize where I was going wrong. Last night I was thinking it'd be the first quest I wasn't able to finish/get through. I thought it was pretty cool at first, then it kept going and going, then this last one. I fell off too many times also. Going to go at it again today, this time armed with your video!
Years later, I really appreciate it. I did all 4 other puzzles but I'm so bored of doing puzzles back to back so this is much appreciated

I breezed through the first four in one night. Only took me about an hour total. But I've spent probably 4 hours on this last one. I didn't know you could store blocks😂😂. So I've been picking up and moving blocks one by one😭

Thanks for the solution but really there's no way I'm going to go through all that stupid crap. Only stupid thing about Far Harbor I've found so far. Just a quick console cheat here and on my way.
Most annoying part of fallout
I found an easier way. It maybe doesn't take any less time depending on your luck, but I put the defense constructs in front of the final barrier (the one closest to the starting point). Eventually they shoot intrusive index in front of the barrier and it collapses. Then you just have to put blocks for your code buggies to walk across and you're done. You really don't have to go through the time-consuming mess of taking down all the barriers. Ya just need a little luck. I've done it twice and its only taken about 5 minutes each time.

I’m still lost
I saved a video of what I did and I might upload it if I edit it down, but basically, your little firing mechanisms (defense constructs)? place them in front of the final barrier and wait. Eventually they shoot an intrusive index that passes in front of the barrier. Your defense constructs will essentially shoot the wall down for you. Your post was 3 weeks ago, so I imagine you're done by now, but if you gave up and want to revisit, try this low maintenance option. Set up your constructs and even walk away from your game. Eventually they'll shoot it down. You build the path and you're done.
They went too far with this puzzle. It's not fun, is just too hard and boring. It gave me nauseous and almost made me quit the game for good. I really hope the people involved in this got fired and never work in games again.
