To hear the vendor tell her that if the pineapple isn’t sweet he’ll refund her money, is something I have never heard a seller say before 😅

The way Mr. Wu made sure you rode off safely is so adorable... the playful shot at the end with Anzai and mom is too cute 😊 ...and the pineapple fried rice and chicken looks delicious

What a treat for Anzai. I loved watching him eat out of the pineapple shell. When the vendor was peeling the pineapple I was intrigued by the tool he used to pull out the bits left behind to get that waffle pattern.
One similar can be purchased online. It's called a Pineapple Eye Remover, you can purchase a corer as well.
Mama/Papa..Wu Zu'ie is already a precious jewel, an angel from the beginning when you brought her into the world. To fried rice, best is to add fried shallots. If no shallot use red onions cut into small slices to fried then the fried rice is more fragrant & sweeter, don’t put sugar

Oh good recipe of chicken in pineapple. Would like that thing that the man you bought the pineapple from used to pull out those brown things so that juicy pineapple is not lost in the peel. Will find out from the Chinese supermarkets here.
