@L_O_W_K_E_Y-G yes you can in the White House. You can cap the 999 then go the base of ops and share. What I do is once I reached the cap in exotic components, I go to NY level up to 40 then use the SHD points to maximize the materials then share them that way you benefit in both.

Level 30nless traffic for a fact and you can get about up to 3-4 per hour. Facts. I've been doing it for months
