Can you make a Cap for the Surefire 340dft ? The thing is the Bezel on the Surefire 340dft is 1.259 so the M is slightly to small . But the L is so big then the Cap flaps artound .

If the light cap is at the muzzle firing will blow it off. The band and shock cord is not strong enough

Do you have any issues having the light and cap so close to the end of the muzzle?
Little carbon ez cleanup, but no other issues. Of course if you blast the hell out of it its polymer vs high heat etc.
