SANKT HANS AFTEN : Midsummer Night

A danish tradition of celebrating St John the Baptist or Sankt Hans. He was the one that baptized Jesus in the river of Jordan. It is done by lighting a bonfire. Sometimes the bonfire has a witch figure on top. a twist from the german culture brugt about by german immigrant.
