FASTELAVN CELEBRATION : Prelude to Lenten Season.

Fastelavn is a Nordic tradition with Religious significance .It marks the season of lent and the fast observed for 40 days. Celebrated in the olden time as Carnival or Mardi Gras of the grown ups and in the present time it is a party for children with activities centered around them.
