The makeup actually looks really good on you. Your natural skin isn’t bad at all. You sold me on this foundation.
The foundation is a medium to full coverage. It’s not suppose to give you full coverage. It’s suppose to give you sheer natural coverage or if you want full coverage you have to build it up. It said that in the description when you order the product and they even send you more information and a video example of how the product is meant to be used. It doesn’t even look bad on you. You look beautiful with the makeup even tho it’s not giving you full coverage. 🙂

It's my first foundation and I love it. I got it because the matching process was so easy and other women with my skin tone were raving about it. It matches very naturally..I have bad dark spots and spotting and it covers well and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. It doesn't prevent me from getting very oily about 4-5 hours in and it does not naturally set which I learned is very important lol ..would recommend for a beginner but if you're seasoned it's probably a disappointment.
Their Facebook ads made me side eye them & I looked for a recent review. Thanks for being str8 up!

I agree with you about the foundation. It’s not all like they hyped it up to be. I have morphe m439 brush and it’s a great foundation brush.

They now have a full coverage foundation. I like that better than the med coverage options w them. Waiting a couple mins btwn application helps a lot so it can settle and oxidize like you said. It looks beautiful on you

Was searching for a real product review from someone that resembled me. Just got my sample so I’m excited. I’m not a makeup girl but I do like to glam up when going out. I rarely wear foundation & recently started applying concealer simply to glam up when going out. I will test it out this weekend.

I came for the same lol. Just got my trail today and I'm not a makeup girlie by any means. My usual deal is a quick powder foundation with SPF, some mascara and a lil fill in on my brows. It's a bit comical learning how to do all this stuff at 41 years old. Hoping for the best with this since I have a wedding to go to this weekend and I'm trying to look put together - even getting into the whole wig game. Heaven help me 😅

So my goal was to find a YTer who matches my skintone and order that shade. I watched the entire video and I didn't see where you mentioned the shade for the foundation but you mentioned the shade for the concealer. Can you share the shade you purchased? What's the difference between after party and woke up like this?
Woke up like this is a “base foundation” so light/medium coverage to give you a natural look. After party is full coverage. I figured that out after I just purchased it and was wondering why it wasn’t giving me full coverage lol they did get my shade spot on though

Your makeup looks good. I also have ilmakiage, I chose skin finish but I'm also not really a fan of their product. I didn't really like the feel on my face but I will say they did get the prefect match for my complexion. I also think it looks like a perfect match for you too.

The makeup looks great on you! 🙂What number was the foundation? I got #175, if I remember correctly. I had to use very little because, I felt maybe I can go one shade darker; and I realized I only needed to use a small amount of the primer and the foundation together; so,I wouldn’t look too chalky. But I like the products. I made that bottle last for months. they sent me a free eyeliner, which was great! But you’re right, it’s pricey to me too!

I do not have an acne problem. I had weight loss surgery and it tends to push everything out of the pores and I don’t try to cover it up. I just love make up.
