The Abt RS4+ is What the Audi RS4 Should Have Been!

- This is the new Abt RS4+, limited to just 50 units that build on the great base of the Audi RS4 but add in some of its missing flair. With aerodynamic carbon additions, a new exhaust system, and the power significantly raised, join me for an introduction and then a drive including a 270km/h Autobahn blast to get a feel for what it's all about!
For the RS4+, Abt have added to the styling and aero with new exterior carbon fibre pieces including the grille, splitter, flicks, side vents, diffuser, spoiler and more. On the inside there are also special touches and more carbon fibre, while underneath is a new exhaust system for added sound from the V6. Speaking of which, power is raised from 450PS to 530PS, and torque goes to 690nm from 600nm thanks to the Power S optional upgrade. New 21" wheels are also worn, along with lowering springs for a more dynamic ride as well as the improved appearance.
After a walkaround to show you all of the changes, it's time to jump onboard and take the car for a drive to get a first experience at the wheel!

Dlanald Truurt the RS4 sounds high pitched compared the RS6. Also the RS6 is a V8 sounding much better

Those look like 25 profile. Very very thin and large wheels will make the ride really harsh
The ride is very smooth tbh. Audi’s have a smooth drive regardless unlike bmw

Would be interested to know how the BHP going upto 530 changes the mpg for the car. Stock is around 28 according to wltp tests, this must be down around 20mpg now.

Now after the new A4 has just launched, I can’t imagine how good the new RS4 must look like. The standard A4/S4 wagon looks really aggressive and has the Quattro optics too.. and they even have the RS4 wing. Let’s hope that Audi will make the new RS4 a tad more emotional and give it a bit more performance

Thanks for the video! WRT the car, I am not so sure: why the "limited" number, why the low top speed related to the max power (I know = gear ratio problem). Depreciation will be high anyway...

That RS6 looks AWESOME in metallic Grey. This RS4 is also great and the interior is gorgeous I love the combination is of Alcantara and red stitching.

@11:16 you're going south on Autobahn 7, I miss Germany lived in Rothenberg O.B.T. right off of Autobahn 7, took many snowboard trips to Garmish and like every glacier in Austria going south on Autobahn 7 or 3, too many times in my 1988 Audi 90 2.3 on Autobahn 7, seeing Abt and telling my self one day I am going to take my car to ABT.
Nice that Abt didn't go all aftermarket with the interior.
It would be helpful to know the specifics of the mods that give it the extra power bump.
would be basically zero... ABT are the kings of placebo tunes... Ive had two modules for testing in my RS cars and the dyno results were plus minus 10bhp off stock

I think, that Audis are the best German cars. I drove in a Q5 - the newest one, and it was so so good, amazingly smooth shifts and a good acceleration, we actually chose it over a Mercedes C220.
