My first time watching your videos, and you are very factual and honest. So many misconceptions have been associated with this business, i.e. absentee owner, nothing but money, runs itself, etc. The business brokers are not working in the buyers best interest, as it is the seller paying their commission, and therein lies their legal primary responsibility.
I'm glad you are benefiting from the videos. One problem with brokers is they often don't know the laundromat industry, and they get their information right from the seller. If the seller is exaggerating numbers or the hours they work, the broker doesn't know enough to say, "Those numbers don't add up."
@@PurifiedWealth I think if you want to grow the business, at least for me, wash and fold and pick up and delivery are the way to go. There are only so many people that don't have access to washers and dryers at home.
