PEOPLE please do priming more than twice, at least 6 times and let a full gallon be filtered first, in my first experience i did priming two and half times and after adding the first full gallon of water and drinking it, it tasted horrible, worse than tap after the second gallon the water started to taste way better SO PLEASE do priming as many time as possible at least 6 and let a gallon of water be filtered without drinking, Hope this helps everyone
this blue thing will not fit on any of my faucets. Thanks for the demo, defiantly NOT buying this filter.
It's not your faucet that's the problem but an overthought, over-waste of plastic material to do something really simple. It just needs to soak long enough.
This is a really good filter but the customer service is absolutely terrible. If you like to just email and not speak to a human being then maybe you don't mind it. I had a problem with a group of filters that weren't working. And the emails just got lost because it's constantly going back and forth in this long email that you don't know who is replying and it got really bad and ugly. But I just want to tell you this video saved the next filter that I use because they say the filters do not expire. The thing is if they sit too long they seem to die out pretty quickly so I thought it crazy because the filters always lasted a lot longer. So just so you know you should submerge this filter before use at about 45 minutes. They did want to refund me but it was so frustrating that I could not speak to a human being on the phone and it took me two months almost to repair the problem myself because they didn't even give me that recommendation so this video was really helpful. So just so you know the way they do it now is that they have this blue squeezy bag and it truly doesn't work like submerging it so you still have to use the squeezy bag but submerging it is key.
Soaking my filter for 15 minutes wasn’t long enough, so I had to do the 8-10 hour session in order for my filter to drain water efficiently faster. Did it last night and now it’s all set.
i went back to zero thanks, at least you can re charge the filter and beads...or order the beeds and build your own. to many problams with blockages with this one and quiet sick of it in the end
When flushing, water drizzled out of the blue threaded part more than the filter bottom. Also I wish they'd have put a sticker on the front reservoir cover, warning that it's not meant to be removed. I pulled mine off and broke it trying to snap back on
Forcing the water through by the faucet is terrible.
How long are people seeing the filters lasting?

Is this an old way of setting up your water filter? Because the instructions on the clearly filter don't say to do this. The one I just received in the mail has a bag and it says attach the badg to filter and just squeeze the water out 2 times.
Dang. Yours is dripping faster than mine!! Just messed with this thing for the second day now. Even let the filter soak for 24 hours and its still only dripping 1-2 every minute🙄🙄 and my filter wouldn't even seal properly to the reservoir! Sooo unhappy with mine, which the one I got worked like yours🙄
How does it compare to Big Berkey? Do they have a stainless steel version ? Do they filter Arsenic ?
They have warranty but it is difficult to get assistance for a defective filter/pitcher. They keep sending parts instead of just replacing a leaking system and expect customers to be troubleshooting over several weeks. Not recommended for the inconsistent and ineffective customer service. We purchased two filters and one was defective and return shipping is the responsible of customer.
I wonder why mine isn’t filtering the water. I just got it today and set it up as per the instructions. Soaked it for 15 minutes and then flushed for 3 minutes…..
