I have worked for 20 years flying as a Cabin Crew and training them... Can say, the plating of the food can be much better.. And one doesn't need a lot of time to do it, just a whole lot of intent.
You don't just serve food in C class, you serve a gourmet experience!!

One thing needs to get clear here, this business class cabin will most likely not be available on upcoming AirIndia aircrafts(A350s’), the reason is Air India bought a couple of Ex- Delta Airlines B777 aircrafts recently with the existing Delta cabin that’s the reason why this cabin will not be seen in newer AI aircrafts
