i have been on this flight before …and my in flight entertainment screen was not working and meals were bad…13 hours of torture…even overnight train journeys are far better than long haul air india flights

This airline has the distinction of treating customers like cattle. Had the worst experience this month, broken food trays , non working screens , lost baggage and the list goes on. Avoid them if you can

I also take air india, but their service a food is so cheap, mostly TV was not working the chair was broken, I asked for the nonveg meal for my son they said we don't have enough nonveg tre I'm so upset for that .

Air India was a disaster and will continue to be a disaster.. it seems the Modi government begged Tatas to acquire the airline. 1:43 current CEO, an Australian guy, does not have any experience running airlines In a tough domestic/international market like China or the US. Like the previous management, he is just adding flights from Delhi and Mumbai, which are overcrowded. He needs to take lessons from American Airlines or United or Delta who operate flights from multiple hubs and make huge profits every quarter.

Plz do not change your food from what you ordered. You just took one co veg passenger’s meal. Happened to me. I had already requested veg meal when booking. But then one passenger like you ( who eats veg n non veg) went for veg meal when lunch was to be served and I did not get my meal( few passengers changed their non veg to veg and 9 of us had no veg food left. Ended up with croissant and Chinese meal which again I cannot eat as tofu allergy ). DECIDE WHICH FOOD YOU WANT N REQUEST AND EAT THAT ONLY
Relax, I only ask for left overs and eat left overs 😅
