Brilliant “ENTERTAINMENT” system Paul. God I’d never get out of the bloody garage by the time I messed around with all those settings!🤤🤣 Yes & I also wonder if Sexy Mumma maybe is a secret code for something else?...🤭
I own a 17' Audi A4, and all I can say is that Audi's infotainment system is class-leading. Audi really packs the best technology on the market into all of their vehicles. The infotainment on my 17' A4 is incomparable with competition which would be like the Mercedes Benz C-Class and BMW 3-Series. Audi really hit the nail on the head with their infotainment and interior. My next vehicle has to be an Audi😅 I want me some of that new tech :)
Not to mention, the A4 is almost a base, above entry level vehicle. There's the S4 and RS5 which are far more expensive and the fact that my A4s' interior looks like something that would be in a $60k Audi is mind blowing.
Hey Arne - it looks like this is still subject to an update. It is just wired Android Auto at the moment. We have just bought an Android phone to properly test this as part of our reviews now.
@@CarExpertAus I heard that most phones will start working with wireless AA on Android 11...is that still the case? Will Audi need to push out an over the air update?
@@17sylargino Good question. We tested it recently with the updated Hyundai i30. I’m not entirely sure whether it works over Bluetooth or whether it needs new hardware. Hopefully it’s just a software update.
@@CarExpertAus well the requirements as I read in a detailed article are, dual band router in the car which the A7 has, an internal GPS embedded in the vehicle that AA will use instead of the phone's. And all those boxes are checked. So I firmly believe it's just a software update as of now. After all, carplay wirelessly works, and it uses the same 2.4 and 5Ghz band and Bluetooth and internal GPS module that AA requires, so I don't know why it wouldn't work. Unless AA wireless needs a specific dedicated Bluetooth node in the vehicle that is proprietary to Google alone, I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work.
@@CarExpertAus Brushing over this features isn't comprehensive. You can swipe to adjust the temperature, you pinch to synch the temperature, you write letters on top of each other when inputting a destination, you have profiles of different people and more...
Now without our phone numbers! 😅
I know this is a little bit off topic but do you think that you will do the new Triton gsr just wondering thanks for reading
Damn. I wanted to talk dirty to Alborzy....at 3am.
You have a missed call from Sexy Mumma! 🤣
When it comes to the virtual cockpit, no other manufacturer comes close.
True~!

So MMI or MBUX ?
As far as I know Audi does not support Android Auto wirelessly. Could You elaborate on that Please?
Same question
@ 2:16 you still keep in touch with ex work mate from car advice , nice on you mate 😁
nice review though. 👍
😄
Very interesting on the 'Haptic' front. ps. In '61 at MelbUni my chief lecturer was (in a good way) known as 'Haptic Harold' for just such reasons.
If you're going to mention Android Auto in the title, you should at least test it...
I heard the MMI in the 2020 Q3 doesnt have haptic feedback
How do you set the level of haptic feel
I have the 2020 q3. How do I turn on haptic feedback?
How to use android auto wireless? As far as I tried it's not possible.

Audi infotament System reminds me of a Volkswagen
PLEASE REVIEW ISUZU DMAX 2021 PLEASE
It’s a shame that Apple has removed this technology from all of their device when others are starting to pick up
Why don't you show how to connect android auto I don't know how to, do you
Wireless AA isn't available yet. I think it will be available when Android 11 is released on the phones.

great review...but if I have to criticize, it's not really comprehensive.

@@MrModikoe Not really features, more functionality. Thanks for the feedback anyway.
