This is more informative information that the new clients/customers need to know. If it's a new property, they need to know things like the 'sink fund' fee and any other 'hidden fees' that are associated with purchasing a new property. Maybe, you can do a video showing the process of buying a condo/house from choosing a property to sighing on the dotted line of the final contract, showing the installment method and full payment method, whether there's any discount when paying in full or purchasing multiple properties.

From the drawings on the condo website, this condo only appears to have two elevators (and a third service elevator). There are 513 units in this condo. Two elevators would be completely insufficient to service a building of this size. Can anyone comment on wait times for elevators??
