hi please answer. The serpent and dove is on my TBR but I've been delaying it because I only read books which have happy endings so does the serpent & dove book series have an happy ending?
I love books that not only have slow burn romance, but complex characters, and morally gray themes. I like books that make you think rather than telling you what to think. I am definity going to pick it up.
First of all, I loved your review. Thank goodness I didn't listen to goodreads' opinions about "serpent and dove", otherwise I would have missed such a great book. I love this book so much and I appreciate how you hyped it up. It was the perfect balance of comedy, romance, heartbreaks, fantasy and pure satisfaction. This is definitely one of those books I would read over and over, because it's just that good!
so glad to see this video! i recently bought serpent & dove and was kinda regretting buying it due to the negative reviews.. but this video makes me want to read it! hopping on it now. :)
I got this book for a gift and it stayed in my tbr for a looooooooong time but then i watched this video and now im gonna stop writing and read it ok bye thank you!🧚♀️🧚♀️
i ordered it even after the negative reviews to have my own opinion and being a woman of color, I feel very confused with how my pre feelings are of this book because of some reviews saying that there’s some racial issues with it and fat shaming...and I am not trying to be racist or discriminative or rude with what i’m about to say, but all of the reviewers who give this book good reviews are white (really not trying to be rude haha or offensive) and sort of brush off the racial issues and other issues this book has...i’m torn.
I would actually be really interested in hearing your thoughts if you end up reading it because I didn't notice. I'm trying to be better about that but I am always down for hearing different perspectives ❤

I have just started to ready this book I am up to THE HEIST It co fused me at first when I didn't notice the names under the headlines of the chapters but once I realised that I am with it im loving this book so far 😁😁😁😁 so glad I picked it up
I’m so torn because all I’ve seen is negative reviews and I only have enough money to get one book this week, I cant decide between this or A Court of Thorns and Roses. Helppp what do I do :(
Heyy! Tysm for this review! Tho, I do have some books that you may like if u haven't read them yet! Maybe you can do a review on themmm 👏😊☺️ 1. House of Salt and Sorrows 2. Strange the dreamer (Book 1) PART Two or Book two is Muse of nightmares 3. The curse breaker series ( A curse so dark and lonely) Book 1 ( A heart so fierce and broken) Book 2 ( A vow so bold and deadly) Book 3
I haven't read the book yet cause I see that is is a part of a series and ik that I won't be able to buy the next book cuz my finals are approaching. So what I want to know is if after reading this book, will I have to read the next book to know the whole story? OR Does the story finishes in this book itself or will I have to read the next book for the whole story? I really hope someone answers!
I love your positive review!; given the amount of negativity surrounding the book, it really has me reluctant on picking it up. But I shouldn't entirely take their opinions for it, therefore I ought to check it out for myself. Buuuuttttt......yeah a big ass BUT... The last challenge here though is getting myself into it because I feel so LAZY to start right NOW!😵 (Despite my loads of free time *cries)
This book has an interesting premise, but the writing quality is so bad. So, so bad. You can find several fanfictions for any piece of media that has far better quality of writing.
It's refreshing to see that someone has positive opinions about this book.

is it YA fantasy?
its kinda fantasy/sci fi YA
all the negative reviews i saw sounded like this book committed a crime when it wasn’t even that bad
I just got this book at the book store today.😍

Personally i would rec this one because ACOTAR wil get you hooked and you'll want the others where S&D so far is better on it's own

Probably the most similar read to this that's on the same level would the The Children of Blood and Bone
