Just what I'd expect from a reality TV style production. If their tools are as good as they boast, they wouldn't have to do reality TV to introduce them. One more reason not to buy their OVERPRICED tools. They also should have introduced 25 more tools to show they can even compete. It's like Kobalt XTR. Good tools but where's the rest. Not even close to enough to sell people on them.
What makes their tools OVERPRICED‽ Have you actually used them? They even said they dont expect ppl to drop their current platform to switch to theirs. Especially ppl that are heavily invested into a specific platform. But for ppl that dont require a whole ton of tools, someone just starting out, or someone that is in a platform if their tool dies then they want to upgrade to a better tool. Ive even seen quite a few ppl that are milwaukee fanboys admit that flex are better. The way flex sees it, why wait until they have you say 25 different tools to release their brand? Thats going to cost them a lot of money in the long run when they can get more ppls daily tools out their first then build their platform as they are building their clientele. Id actually much rather they do what they are doing than release 25 different tools all at once that way you know they are taking their time to develop quality tools and not just rushing and makin lesser quality tools just to get more out there faster.
@@jacksmith2315 The problem I see with Flex is they are going the Wrong Way , Yes their tools have good power , but they are Big , Heavy and some people say Clunky , anyone can get good power that way , Everyone wants Smaller snd Lighter and thats just the way its going these days , And Expensive , the Big 3 have Massive Tool Deals at the end of the year , thats when I buy my tool , and Flex had Nothing , People see that , I know I did . Plus their Longevity is in question , on their Tools and on the Flex name itself , I personally don't know Anyone that is going to switch from their current platform and their tools are too expensive for the DIYer to buy , I give Flex 5 years and they'll be Done and thats Sad because I actually like Flex tools , But I'm Not going to switch .

I did like Barnaby when he hosted Tool Select on RUclips back in the day. Now he’s sold his soul and turned into the Sham-Wow guy’s father-in-law…. LOL. To be fare, I’ve heard the Flex tools are decent power tools.

@@jacksmith2315 yes i have used them their entire line is heavy and bulky just like other chervon tools also they have a lack of tools, no 12v line as well. there is a reason why their tools are so bulky and heavy it's because they have no innovation the exact opposite of what they are boasting they are using off the shelf parts from companies that mass produce cheap parts take one of their tools apart and run the numbers on various parts you will find this out. Not to mention they are way overpriced they charge just as much if not more than the top tool brands any bozo can make a big bulky tool with tons of power question is can flex make smaller lighter tools with tons of power like the top brands
