    Great video, it's nice to get a locals' opinion on this route, thanks Thy. Any chance we can have access to this updated map? It looks like there are some "liked" areas around Phan Thiet, would love to check them out :)

    Have used Tigit both times been on a road trip ... Thy sorted me out in Ho Chi Minh for my trip on a XR150 to Hanoi. She's cool & knows her stuff very well. Highly recommend Tigit all the way.

    Great video, thank you. I'm surprised at how little time is needed to travel and enjoy HCM to Hanoi, we're hoping for a month in Vietnam so would be left with a decent amount of time to enjoy and tour the North, initially we were thinking of spending it all in the North.

    • @thynguyen374
      @thynguyen374 2 года назад +2

      Any loop in the North will take you around 6 days so a month will be enough to do hcm-hanoi and then the north :)

    Thank u Thy! Excellent video! I really appreciate you mentioning things you feel are over rated! A friend and I will be flying into HCMC in February and riding dual sports up to Hanoi/Ca't Ba' taking the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Are there enough gas stations not to have to have extra fuel tanks? Please do more videos like this.....maybe your own RUclips channel! Thanx, Todd ~See you in the jungle!~

      We give a paper map, but you can't navigate off it. You are best off downloading the maps onto the phone, which I explain in a different video.

    hello Thy, I am thinking about buying the XR150 but I'm concerned my wife (vietnamese) won't be able to learn to drive the XR because it's too tall. I saw you in the video driving it without a problem. has it been lowered for you? I appreciate your response

    • @thynguyen374
      @thynguyen374 2 года назад +1

      Hi there,
      I’m Thy.
      The bikes i drove in the video were not lowered. I’m 1m58 and on an XR i reach with the tip of my toe and on crf150 i also tip toe but i have to slide left and right 😂
      Your wife can drive the XR no problem if she wants to practise.
