Meet The Veteran Team Farming A Future For Their Community

In 2010, US ARMY Veteran couple Tyler and Liz Boggs developed a long-abandoned property in Sherwood, Oregon and founded Heart 2 Heart Farms to support a natural, sustainable way of life for themselves and the local community. The farm builds a mutually beneficial work-trade community where 50+ volunteers keep the farm running to provide 100% organic food to Veterans and people of all income levels. In partnership with the local Portland VA, they bring groups of Veterans to the farm as a sanctuary for nature-based healing and help thousands of families in the surrounding community, along with food banks, corporations, and disaster relief efforts.
