It looks like Syd the old man was putting loads more effort into feeding pucks to his line mates than trying to score in this game. Anyone else notice that he gave up some really simple chances for shots on net in favor of the passes? Love seeing the younger players get a run at things. Lombardi's shot looked pretty slick!
Seems to me based on how Lalonde has spoken of him that Watson will make the team, likely over a prospect. People probably won't like it, but maybe Kasper or Mazur could get some short looks during the season if possible.
Carolina, Washington and Pittsburgh. I cant watch any of their home games...that stupid horn followed by Go 'pens- caps-canes' Go! Is monotonous...their crowds suck.
