The Finnish Oven Pancakes Recipe on the video is good for 4 people but we cut it in half when we were baking it.
I love how how beautiful your food is always presented. It has inspired me to be more thoughtful when eating instead of just sitting in front of the television at mealtime and instead enjoy conversation with my husband.

Beautiful vlog Jen. I become more settled and calm viewing your vlogs. I have always mailed a handwritten Christmas card (and for other occasions) to family and friends. There is such joy at receiving an envelope greeting in the mailbox. My home is Canada, yet all my family are in Europe. There is always a wistfulness to be together at Christmas, so I understand your feelings. I need calmness in my home so holiday decor is minimal yet brings me joy to look at. Sourdough is actually quite forgiving, the bread (almost) always comes out delicious even if it’s not perfect. You should definitely try it :) the learning curve with sourdough never ends but it surely is full of joy!

All your Christmas decorations are so pretty n simple from those paper flowers to the Advent candle stick to cute christmas tree candles :) Card writing n sending seems like an old tradition in today's modern tech world but so good to know that u've kept that tradition alive n its a very calming activity. I agree with ya wen you said that cleaning exhausts one a lot n so i do the same as you to just do it one corner or room at a time . Hi Jen. I’ve been loving and enjoying your channel and your videos always make me calm and peaceful😊 I’m from Japan and living in California with my Canadian husband. (so we both are immigrants!) It’s going to be my 9th Christmas away from home. New year’s celebration is the biggest deal for most of Japanese more than Christmas so I always feel homesick around that time. BUT!! You can peek at a bit different style of Finnish Christmas decoration if you watch already published vlogs. Some of the decor are self made, I love to be creative.
