Man thanks to mamma luck I got a GOD pack yesterday. The god pack contains. (all gold 2 stars BTW) Venusaur EX, Articuno EX, Trainer Cards Koga and Geovanni and 2nd copy of Marowak EX. BUT HOLY I DO NEED THAT GENGAR EX.
are they allowed to do this even though it's just the audio? iirc cover is very particular about pokemon/nintendo to the point where some holomems would refer to pokemon as something else when even just MENTIONING it on stream
Is that the reason why none of them are streaming tgc pocket? I wish someone can just stream it already... it'll be quite fun especially we know some of them really likes pokemon.
@@cirusain Cover corp doesnt get permanent Pokemon perms like Nijisanji does. For some reason, Nintendo lets Nijisanji stream pokemon no matter all the time. But Covercorp is only allowed to do the main series games when its new for the 1st month of release. After that they have to stop streaming. Its why back then when Sana was still around, she was trying to hurry to get everyone to do the PvP Holo Tournament before "perms were up". Another werid thing actually, Nijisanji gets perms easier than Cover corp does cause somehow, "market share" wise. Nijisanji is considered a bigger company than Cover corp. So I guess most companies would rather work with Nijisanji than Cover. Since Cover is a "Smaller" Company.
@@cirusainSame with all streamers, they legally have to get permission from copyright holders before they can stream any game/content, because Hololive is a company they have to make sure they follow the law (unlike independent streamers who are more okay with breaking the law, since they are small enough that their chances of actually getting punished are lower).
@CartoonHangout They are still breaking copyright law, most countries with fair use laws have already declared that streaming and "let’s plays" do not count as transformative enough to be fair use a few years ago. Also part of the Terms and Conditions agreements that nobody reads includes a passage that directly says you can only use software and hardware in the exact ways the copyright owners say, which provides another strike against fair use (it is also why consumers haven’t actually owned their games or game consoles for close to two decades now). So yes, all streamers and let’s players who play a game without expressed permission from the game’s copyright holders are breaking the law. Now whether or not the copyright holders actually press the charges depends on them and what they decide, which is why smaller or independent streamers very rarely get targeted, they aren’t worth the court fees and such to press charges against. Companies however are bigger and worth more money in court settings, making them more likely targets. This is also one reason why my country doesn’t have fair use laws, we have seen that there isn’t a single country on the planet with fair use laws that actually work as intended, so to spare the headache we are waiting until somebody actually makes fair use laws that work.
That chattini gets a jetpack.
yeah, mamma should have give us a jetpack as reward lol
She's so freaking adorkable.
Don't miss understand guys, until raora gets the mewtwo crown you won't get the jetpack, not a full one but maybe some part of the jetpack
I gotta trade it with her for a jetpack
@@Thanawat_CH well, you should try I guess. But I feel like she's going to give you the bird (pidgeot) instead of jetpack lol

I do hope but again perms will be the ultimate barrier to get this game playable or not.
Especially this pokemon game the perms gonna be hard.
