Michael Sheen is one busy guy! He's currently back at work on Season 2 of his hit TV series, Masters of Sex but you can see him on the big screen in the sweeping romantic drama, Far From the Madding Crowd opposite the lovely and talented Carey Mulligan.
In the film, Mulligan plays a headstrong Victorian beauty who has her choice of three different suitors: a sheep farmer (Matthias Schoenaerts), a dashing soldier (Tom Sturridge) and a prosperous, older bachelor (Michael Sheen). It is based on the Thomas Hardy novel of the same name.
I spoke with MIchael in New York about working on the film, wooing his co-star Carey Mulligan and how things are going on Masters of Sex.
