    The leading organization, in my opinion, that has Veterinarians and Chiropractors that become Animal Chiropractors is the Animal Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA) They have a website with a "Find a Doctor" tab/database: www.animalchiropractic.org
    This a good resource for all that are looking for a well trained doctor near them.

    Why is her tongue so long. Seems it restricts her breathing.

    • @AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen
      @AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen  4 месяца назад +15

      Hi Budette! These dogs have a condition known as hanging tongue syndrome, and it can be triggered by a congenital defect, injury, dental disease, or neurological damage. This can leave the dog open to cracking and bleeding of the tongue as well as difficulty eating or cleaning themselves.
      Thanks for your question.👍🏼

I am glad that there's so many people who understand that their animal needs the best quality of life that they can, there's many very compassionate people. This is why I love your channel 💖

    If your ever in Vermont, I work at a alpaca farm and we have a bactrian camel that injured his knee about 3 years ago. He gets massages and reiki therapy. I am sure he could use a chiropractor to do some adjustments. He only uses it when he runs. When he walks slow he only uses his good legs. He has a brother and they are 2 big sweet boys.
