  • In this video I'll show how to 3d print and install a gas can vent in a EPA mandated gas can. The new gas cans SUCK! Fix it easily. If you got a 3d printer you can print one out and install it...no waiting for parts to arrive.

Well done Marcel. I love the 3d printer stuff. Getting one is on my to do list after I fix my Paramotor Trike. Cheers Gerry

+Gerry's Waste Oil Burner I could have just bought a vent for it, but for me it's a 25 minute drive to the store. I have the printer, so what the heck! That's part of the fun of having these tools...😊

+Gerry's Waste Oil Burner Hi Gerry, They're a lot of fun. It's really rewarding to design your own parts and watch them print out, and put them to use. I've made camera mounts, lots of parts to improve and modify the 3d printer, you name it...almost anything. A lot of the 3d print files can be had for free on sites like thingiverse.com , but I've found that the real power, is finding a need, and designing my own stuff. 💡

I hate the vent free fuel cans especially the ones that the handle you have to push down to let the fuel out

They suck. You can buy the vents for them on ebay and amazon. They're not that expensive. I just chose to print my own because I could...lol.
