In Canada, a ton of us use Skipthedishes as a food delivery app, especially in my province of Saskatchewan cuz it started here. I have legit had drivers rip at full speed onto my street, watched their car ACTUALLY LURCH to a stop, and then they come tell me "oh sorry the order spilled everywhere." YEAH, CAN'T IMAGINE WHY. After the 2nd time it happened, I started videoing the delivery if I was outside waiting and could see. It also makes ZERO SENSE for them to be speeding as I live in a SCHOOL ZONE so it's 30km/h in those zones. Also have watched people literally take 3 hours, on orders with ice cream, and when they finally get to me, everything is melted. As for the customer service, me and roomie had ordered some food from the same place. Their's was meat free, and mine had meat. Both drinks were diet. We got completely different drinks that aren't even available in diet, and BOTH ORDERS had meat. When contacting customer service to be like uhhhh....wtf? They told us "Well you still got food right? Not our problem!" Same issue from the SAME PLACE next time, but this time we both ordered meat free to just be safe. (my roomie is vegetarian because they have an intolerance and allergy to certain proteins). and we got two orders with meat, and wrong drinks. BUT THEY WERE MARKED AS MEAT FREE. Roomie had to make themselves throw up the tiny bit they ate, and then we waited to see if they needed to go to the hospital. Customer service again, well you got your food. They changed their tune really fucking quick when we brought up the fact we're waiting to see if they have to go to the hospital. Got full refunds, and bonus credits enough for another meal each. Just absolute horseshit, I swear. Can't even imagine how ubereats is.
if kaif looks at this, the reason your mcdonalds is not always 24/7 is cause of staff issues if they dont have to people to stay open then they close to get stuff changed over and clean before reopening as soon as they can- source i work at mc

could also be security reasons too. source i worked at a mc for YEARS.
