Absolutely beautiful at St Augustine Beach. We stayed there in February. We could hear & smell the ocean all night long. Love it ❤We are fighting a flu bug in Ohio too. Hope you feel better Michelle 🤗

I’m right there with you at Todd…I love sitting on a beach front balcony…I love watching the waves crash…but, I hate sitting and walking on sand ! It never fails…I’ll get that one granular of sand in my mouth that I just can’t get out and it drives me crazy 🤪. I love the idea of a beach 😊. I’ve always wanted to visit St Augustine…sooo beautiful and full of history.
100% agree plus I have how salt water makes you fill stickie. It is a great place to visit and in fact we are looking to go back. This time staying at a place in the heart of the old city to explore more. Thanks for traveling along and have a great rest of the week
Hi, hope you feel better soon. We absolutely love St Augustine! We stay at St. Frances Inn, it’s very romantic and charming. It’s a bed and breakfast at the residential end of George street. We love George street also, Kernal poppers is great.

We love the beach, but have many in our family who do not. So we talk about wanting to go to St. Augustine all the time. We’re kind of FL obsessed in general lol.

I love St. Augustine!! I thought for sure you guys were going to Columbia Restaurant lol it’s the only one I went to and it’s my favorite! I was born and raised in south Florida by Hollywood beach and I am the same way I don’t like the ocean I like the pool so much better!! Hope Michelle feels better soon!!! ❤❤
April we lived it there and definitely want to go back. We had thought about it but since we have one so close we tried other locations. We will definitely go next time we are there which hopefully is soon. Hope your having a fantastic week and thanks for traveling along with us.

Michelle, you poor thing! I definitely feel for you not feeling well on vacation!
When we went to Disney World last June, we all caught covid! It was for our 30th wedding anniversary and wound up cancelling our dinner at Bull And Bear, a few breakfasts at Boma, and going to some of the parks. Thank heavens we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge and the saving Grace was finding an area at the pool and spending time there, plus watching the animals.
In fact, I believe we were trying to meet up with you guys, so it’s a good thing we didn’t!
Anyway, your hotel and St. Augustine looked amazing, especially the fudge and caramel apples!
Cadbury’s shop at Gunwharf Quay ( pronounced keys) , has a train going around it. Well at least they used to. The food looked amazing! Love me some Mexican/ Tex Mex!
They had to pump sand in a resort I used to go to when I was younger, Ocean City, Maryland.

Just out there living y’all’s best life. I’m with you Todd in that I’m not a beach person either. I don’t like the sand and our water here is the nasty, dirty murky water…..I always say tourists and idiots get in our water here. lol. On a side note the barrier islands enclose our waters so that’s why it’s the nasty brown water, it doesn’t circulate due to the islands. We don’t have the beautiful blue water until you get out way past the islands….couple hours boat ride.
Trying to do as much as we can before that old age sets in lol. Ya definitely not a fan of the sand and ocean. We would love to visit up there some day. Hope you guys are doing great and having a fantastic weekend

St Augustine is a wonderful place to visit. This was an original Spanish settlement. The Seminole tribe were all throughout Florida. Thanks so much for traveling along and being part of our traveling family
