    Instead of punishing yourself, realize that your body may have simply needed more rest. Figure out ways to make sure you get a good night's sleep, or this situation is bound to repeat itself. The world operates through punishment, so there's no need for you to add to this. Focus on progress you make and reward yourself appropriately. You will grow from these experiences and be much happier in life.

    hello, i just wanted to say its ok to feel down or dissappointed for not completing your objectives or because you went back to sleep, though i think the best punishment for that is to do something that improves you either physically or mentally, though i would opt for the mentally option, like trying out new stuff outside of your comfort zone, stuff that if you do try out can change your look on certain things in life, keep up the good work, have an awsome day man.

      Hey thanks man. Ive been really bad about sleep its the only thing really holding me back u know? You’re view is amazing but i feel punishing yourself physically and going through pain is best.

    Its ok atleast you tried to wakeup at 6 i don't even try i literally wakeup at 8 😣 cause i sleep late 2 o clock because of studies
