You don't show the blue wifi light on the top. On both my Sj7000 camera's they are on all the time, whether in wifi or not. They connect to my phone but not any of the apps. These were going to be presents for christmas, but as faulty won't be.
Actually, this feature is very handy while doing outdoor activities cause you can place your action cam in the desired spot and then colocate yourself in front of your camera, check your smartphone if you are in proper sighting and then shoot. Very helpful and practical for such circumstances indeed.
How far will the signal travel when you have the Wifi turned on? For example, can I connect to my drone and watch it on my cell phone.
bought 2 of these camera's, different sellers. Neither of them will connect to any app. Password 12345 which is too short for some apps. Very dissatisfied.

fakt? někde jsem četl, že dosah je docela malý...
Objednal jsem SJ9000, vyzkouším a pokud si vzpomenu dám vědět :D i kdybych ji měl pak použít jen na dovolenou nebo do auta, za ty peníze super kup. Kamarád mě lanařil na xiaomi Yi 4K, ale představa že by mě odletěla kamera za 5 tisíc s dronem mě děsí :D
