I like your list a lot, and although we disagree on a number of things (Radiohead, Kanye, etc), I think it shows what I believe to be the true indicator of taste: spending the time and having the commitment to finding what you really like as opposed to stopping at what's spoonfed to you. There's a lot I'd love to make commentary on, but I don't want to make this comment too long. Given what you said about the Slint album, I'd be curious what you thought of Squirrel Bait (who wrote some amazing, I guess pop punk? check the S/T) some of whose members would go on to be in Slint, and Rodan "Rusty" which is also from Louisville and in the Slint soundscape. Plenty more I'd love to discuss, but for now I'll hit the like/subscribe and listen. P.S. Hamburger Lady was a hit man!
I loved not knowing 15 albums in a row and then seeing one I really like and going, "There it is!"

I’m glad J Dilla is being heard of nowadays. Side note: I believe we all heard of all these mainstream albums. Rarely is there one that isn’t known much. Good vid tho
Oh my god I could’ve just went to RYM to see ts PLEASE develop your own taste
Atleast bro was self aware in the beginning I really do respect that
no beatles dylan zeppelin bowie or floyd is a must hear list is crazy
Anyone putting Title Fight and Ramleh in the same “must listen” topster has opinions worth hearing fr
I remember Listening to SRS the day It dropped During my PE class and I really Never thought it was anything Special. I loved Doris and Earl and I cannot understand the Hype behind the album whatsoever
You have some pretty good taste dude. The albatross by foxing is so underrated, one of my 10s for sure. and Spiderland is my favorite out of everything, that album changed my life.
The fact that there's no blonde on this is criminal
Music is funny because there are some beautiful picks like Slint and Title Fight but then there’s a whole bunch of other albums that are some hot ass.

@ontheturningaway what’s wrong with the albums that I like?
@@Milo-it1tf Most of those are from the 21st century and you probably only heard of them last week.
@ontheturningaway I have playlist on my RUclips account that proves you wrong, and I have literally listened to rock, punk, and metal through half of my life, I also grew up on 40’s to 80’s country music
you should def check out mavi if you havent already. very similar to earl but still different in a way. Let the sun talk is such an experience
Crumbling not on top 20 is criminal; I love you
My God that is a sick top 10!! Great taste
the miseducation of lauryn hill?
If swans arent here we riot
Great list! How about 20/50/100 books you need to read?
You should do more music content, you are very good at describing the feeling and sound of an album.
I didn’t see it on the list, but I just wanna throw out for those folk lovers yellow house by Grizzly Bear is a solid album through and through and just a very beginning spring vibe
throwing shit like this without timestamps is a blasphemy in a third degree
CSH catching a stray for weatherday was so unnecessary
Just say its your 100 favorite albums of all time...NOBODY needs to hear this much industrial, post-hardcore, and drone before they die
That what I’m sayin beo
Deltron 3030 by Deltron 3030. Yes it's a cool album
No Frank mention is unreal
not everyone has to like frank
@@J.L3259 but everyone should listen to at the very least nights. That beat switch is unironically generational

i don't think Frank Sinatra has a definitive album for a list like this tho
