This is very typical type of road you find in Arkansas. Perfect pavement with a nice berm and grassy run-off area, good signage. No decreasing radius or off camber curves. Can be conducive to some thrilling riding. This guy needs to pull over once in awhile to let traffic get by. Not a boxer as someone suggested, duh.
I live just south of Dover and 123 is a fun road going either North or South. It does suffer from tree falls so once in a while you can get stopped after a bad storm. Not far from there, down 16 from Pelsor there is a 32 mile stretch from 27 to Clinton that will be as delightful as any road you can find. A glance at a map will be enough to know it should be on your itinerary

Sounds like a BMW Boxer but I don't recognize the windscreen and dash.
They are riding a new gen Vsrom.
