I don't think he's wrong though. As an assassin you have mostly kill pressure in lane as a tool and almost all assassins are melee, so you will always be outlaned by like a viktor or something. Plus zhonyas is pretty strong and with the introduction of crown you can basically never die as a mage in lane if you play correctly which is not like super challenging to do I would say.

yea assassin mids are shit there was a patch where the only tank items adcs could itemize were like a full zhonyas(stop watch didn't exist) or like randuins/deadmans where a 1 item assassin can kill like a 3-4 item adc in 0.1 seconds. assassins are so shit
Assassins are shit laners. A good ranged champ can just perma push you under turret level 2 and get level 3 first, then they just let the wave bounce back and hold it on their side and you can never do anything without your jungler. Nobody does it in Gold and below though, so not surprised average youtube commenters think they are good.

Once he gets proven that original debate was about Qiyana being OP and not qiyana on midlane but that if you play her jungle shes still busted then he tries to flip the argument around and acts giga confused XDDDD

Yamato is a mid main, talking about qiyana from a midlaner's perspective, if we're talking about broken ad assassins in the jg, qiyana isn't even top 3, i don't think she's particularly strong in mid either, there'd much bigger abominations in that lane than qiyana
