Actually they were not flirting on stage. Sanremo is the italian music contest only for italian music. It's not a selection for the Eurovision contest, absolutely not. In Europe many countries have this wrong idea. But In italy we have this our own historical contest just for us. This is the 72nd edition OLDER than Eurovision. Eurovision contest was born inspired by the Italian one. In the past the winners were not usually to participate to the Eurovision because Sanremo was enough, now they partecipate just for marketing to sell more album.
