The journey of rediscovering who you are and your life purpose

I saw a quote on Instagram the other day that went something like 'In order to make art that's real and from the soul, first you have to live', and I fell in love with that, because this is also true when it comes to living your life purpose and higher soul calling.
The journey of rediscovering who you are is brutal and ugly and a lot of it is spent being dragged through the mud of life's trenches. It's a mystical process known historically as The Hero's Journey, and it requires having your heart broken over and over, failing, hitting the dirt, wading through the flames of your Hell and losing everything including your sense of identity. It's a journey of tears and laughter, developing your self esteem, finding your voice, building confidence, getting knocked down and standing back up a little wiser and with a little more ease each time in more of your true colors.
I believe this is a journey more and more people will have to embark upon in the coming years and decades. I provide guidance and direction in today's video towards living your life with integrity, being self empowered and standing up for what you know is right against all odds, no matter who you are.
