Absolutely, loving others and not hating ourselves is very important. But we also must remember to have humility, and also remember that not everything is good for us nor are all our choices good because we wanted to make them.

1 year and a half being homeless, not being able to do anything but surrender , yet grateful I don't have to sleep on the street...Had huge insights and realisations all this time, but at the outer level nothing is changing... Maybe the greatest lesson for me is LOVE , not only inner LOVE, but learning to LOVE people, there are so many " invisible people " , so much suffering around us, and we are not able to see it until we suffer ourselves on our own flesh...

Pain and suffering can transform you into higher spiritual being. There is no growing and maturing without expermenting suffering

Unfortunately, not everyone ascends to higher spiritual levels at the same time. Most people use their reptilian brain and spirituality is a journey. You can put two people thru the same experience and one will get bitter anf the other one more empathetic. I don't think is as simple as demonds but also our propensity to allow them to posessed us. The more spiritual evolved one gets the more sensitive we get in feeling this evil forces posession of our body. I also experienced Angelicals posession and are such beautiful experiences
