Thanks, Jay. As you mentioned, these tasks can be a great vehicle for getting youth involved in the church. They're very tech savvy. One very young teen in our church mentioned "Oh yeah, I know OBS. I stream with it at home!"

Good afternoon, Thanks always for great content. I am currently streaming at my church using imac 2011, OBS studio and Logitech webcam. I have been trying to connect DSLR Camera (Nikon D3300) to imac as webcam. However computer won't recognize when I connect computer. Tried Ecamm Live but nothing. Do I need a video capture device? My church has a similar setup. We’re running a 2013 iMac with a Nikon D5200 as the camera. If you go that route, keep in mind there is probably a 30 minute maximum for live view. I had that with my 5200. I don’t know if anything exists for the 3300, but I found a custom firmware patcher and loaded on there. The patch enables up to 24 hours on live view. I’m using a Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Mini recorder to capture the video for OBS Studio and it works very well.
