- CAMPBELLSVILLE, KENTUCKY (WDKY)-- There was once nearly 200 Druther's restaurants in Kentucky and surrounding states, but in 1991 most of them converted to Dairy Queen. One has remained... and loyal fans make road trips there to relive a taste of their childhood.
I used to live in Campbellsville. Graduated from Taylor County High in 1993.
We started in 1956 in Winter Haven, Florida. Thanks for keeping the memories alive.
We love Druthers. We are lucky to live in Campbellsville, Ky where the last one is. I pray it never closes. Steve does a great job and then some! Great food, service and prices. I just wish they still had the buffet but if they can't bring it back then they can't. We frequent Druthers 2-4 times a week .

I need to go visit this place! I ate a lot of Druther's burgers as a kid.
I remember eating at the Burger Queen restaurant at Kissimmee, Florida back in 1975-76 when visiting Disneyworld. When I found out that this restaurant was the last of its kind not absorbed by the Dairy Queen franchise, I made plans to visit there...and did earlier this summer.

I LOVE DRUTHERS☺️💜💜I JUST ATE SOME FISH AND CHIPS AND IT WAS FANTASTIC🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏TASTED JUST LIKE IT DID WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GIRL!!!! I HOPE THIS LAST ONE NEVER CLOSES🤞IT BRINGS BACK SO MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES AND THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC AND REALLY AWSOME PRICES☺️💜👍
A co-worker was telling me about Burger Queen he used to go to when he was little here in central Indiana. I had no idea about that name, so looked it up and it's led me to here. Curious to try this food out someday.
It's really good only one left is in Campbellsville, Ky it closes at 5 p.m. Est daily
We had one in floyd county indiana. Its a dairy queen now.

I remember there being one in clinton indiana, a tiny town up until the early 90's. It changed to dairy queen too.

Went here yesterday and I don’t think this restaurant has been cleaned since 1970 when it opened. It’s disgusting! Your feet stick to the floor!
