Are you having some issues connecting to some WIFI spots - i.e. corporate WIFI. I work at a Multi-Billion dollar corporation and they are having serious issue having Pixel Phones (and of recent generation) connecting to their WIFI. Are you experiencing any of these issues - as an Pixel 7 Pro owner yourself ?

I've seen a bunch or comparisons of these cameras. One camera has this default tint (e.g. cool), next comparison its another tint (yellow), then something else. One phone camera dominates, in a different video comparison - the other phone camera dominates. I've seen the photos, videos for both day and night. Each review I believe accurately tells it like they see it. I own a Pixel 7 Pro - My thoughts are that allot of these phones have calibration or consistency issues between phones of the same Make. I have no regrets about the purchase of my Pixel 7 Pro - Other than the zooming capability, compared to the results that I had with my iPhone X - Pixel 7 isn't that much better IMHO..... Great Content BTW !!!!
You smashed RUclipsrs with that test! You showed us perfectly the real life colors 0:58 (no one showed this on RUclips in review..) also you showed the zoom in smartphones showing the displays. i love how you mentioned concerts. it would be AMAZING to see camera tests during concerts cause those dark rooms with bright lights on the artists are like horrible conditions to film so it'd be great to see the comparison

I'm curious how the pixel stacks up to it since Samsung's been 2nd place since the Galaxy S8 or something
please consider including a low light comparions, so not either full bright sunlight outside or complete night time, but actual low light (daytime). That can easily be found inside the house, or on a cloudy wintery day, but inside the house is easier. This really is a differenct category in its own, and really brings differences to light (hah!)

I've only had iPhones since the 3Gs and upgraded often but I recall watching a review on the s9+ and that was my first android in 2018 and I've had it since. I loved it. Want to upgrade between the s22 ultra and iPhone 14 pro max. I like the new iPhone design. Seems like a throwback to the old 4s and 5s but thats legit that only thing leaning me that way. I want another android though. This is hard.

Thanks for this! I'm way overdue for an upgrade and have used Samsung for the past 10 years but have bee torn between the iPhone and Google phones. Camera quality has been a major must have as I use my phones camera for work as well as recreational outdoor activities so I need that quality. This video really helped me out :)

Interesting compares especially the difference in the blue tones of the sky. It looks like the S22 Ultra is adding a green tint to the sky. I hope you compare the S23 Ultra to S22 Ultra and see if Samsung changed the color tones. Thank you!

3:08 I heard yesterday that a new update for Samsung's expert raw app has an astrophotography mode with a total exposure time of up to 10 minutes.
Yes, it is a poor astrophotography test when the Pixel had a much longer exposure, as that is the de facto feature that defines how good astrophotography is! So, that was why the Pixel was better. If you use the new Samsung mode or an app on the iPhone, you can get as good astrophotography.
I think s22 ultra is fire...because when it also comes to zooming its camera still looks focused and not blury ...
I noticed something interesting with my S21 ultra last week. I got some videos at a Gorillaz concert and I started off in .6 ultra wide and had some bass distortion but when I zoomed in to 1x-3x the audio cleared up.(filmed in FHD Auto) Does the phone use different microphones with each lens or does the phone try to isolate audio when zooming?
You're exactly right, there's a camera setting to "zoom sound" when you zoom in on the camera. I believe you can turn this on or off

Only one thing that i cant deal with pixel is the screen edge.
I've used phone with screen edge more than 4 years, it's terrible to show screen content in full. What a bad idea to sacrifice that thing

I think, video stability on samsung is really good.
The view of the camera shot on the iphone does look better because the lighting is brighter but if you look closely, it is not as detailed as the shot on the samsung.

The Pixel 7 Pro has been the most solid phone I think I've ever owned. Pixel 4 XL was also solid, but the 7 Pro camera and video in my findings has been solid and unmatched. iPhone has great video for sure but I cannot stand iOS so I avoid those phones like the plague.

in my opinion the winner will be:
1. Pixel pro = good zooming and stabilization and almost a true tone of the environment. also the stabilization of the pixel is very good and low light and times lapse is very impressive.
2. Iphone 14 pro: Good true tone color, good stabilization for action shots. zoom in is not bad but could be better.
3. samsum S22 good stabilization, very impressive zoom in capabilities, picture is good but makes the person color brighter for some depending on the lighting.
There is an app released by samsung called "expert RAW" which has dedicated astro photography and it can go all the way to 10min

hdr basically just a normal video but with max brightness screen

I turn the HDR off. Much easier for editing workflow

As a former Apple worker, I do not recommend Apple
Apple's result at 2:00 is shocking and definitely disqualifies it for journalism. See the word "Beaches" in "Enjoy our Beaches". And the number 12 is replaced with 57.
Usually, digital zoom makes photos look blurry, but Apple tries to guess details with excessive machine learning. Apple's zoom image doesn't really look blurrier than Google's zoom photo (for example the contour of the sign). By doing this, they pretend authenticity. It's even more worrying that Apples 48.8 megapixel "raw" files contain such issues as well.
This example is more due to the warping of light from heated air rising from the beach, and low resolution of the sensor for the sign. You can see the circle is warped.
It does look a little off, but at the same time you can't really say that the number has been "replaced" when you can hardly identify any text on that sign
@@RennieAsh No, you can clearly see a 57. It's not a blurry 12. I also asked another person who confirmed this. And no, these results have nothing to do with warm air. Otherwise Google's and Samsung's results would have similar issues. Apple has similar issues in other light conditions. There is also a RUclips video of a comparison with the Canon R5 where the iPhone produces huge machine learning artifacts in low light conditions in the 48.8 megapixel "raw" files.
And such artifacts are NOT directly caused by a low resolution. As I said, you would usually get a blurry image, when you mathematically upscale a low resolution, but Apple tries to guess(!) details in order to make the image look less blurry and this pretends authenticity.
Match the iPhone14 vs the galaxy s23 ultra in February! Iphone14 just came out in September! Gs22 came out in March, not a fear match
Iphone 14 promas has got top notch color with the pictures compared to the rest of the phones but the zoom aspect is what makes the Samsung unique but for Color iPhone is the best. I think Apple should work on the its picture zoom qualities

I got an iPhone 12 I was looking at a pixel 7 the other day I saw they will soon have their own build in VPN software for those who like their privacy and I’m one of those, but I noticed it kinda hurt my eyes a lot compared to iPhone, so not sure about the change Cuze the eye problem was the whole reason why I switched to iPhone
I still have my note 10 plus and still looks brand new!

All the phones now days pretty much offer the same performance, some better then others and others better then some. It’s all about what eco system you want to go with, with ne I prefer the OS of iPhone. But android is still great also.
