I just wanted to mention I really appreciate that you normalize being sober (as ridiculous as it sounds!). So many people promote drinking it almost feels like youre a weird one if you dont drink. I have been sober for 2 years and one month and not a single party/gathering goes without questions about why i dont drink. I know this is not what this video is about but a small detail that I wanted to say I appreciate - when you said „get your wine or cider if you are sober”. Made me feel included ☺️ sending hugs!
I have so much respect for people that are sober & bettering their lives!! Especially when it’s for their safety / health. I don’t get how people can push instead of being supportive. 2 years sober is amazing!!
Love this also it's been 11 years since I used to drink.
I just cut it out because of headaches but never incorporated it back into my life so was for decision reasons only and have no desire to ever do it again.
I love being more clear and can have fun without it. ❤
@@jessicalawrence2745 so many benefits to not drinking!! I’m a sucker for red wine but taking the break while I was pregnant, I felt so much lighter and clear headed. I felt so good, It took a while for me to have a drink after that 10month break. You guys are inspiring me to maybe cut it out for a little bit again!
So proud of you for two years sober!! I often do diets and detoxes that involves no alcohol, and while I don’t mind people offering, it’s amazing how many people think it’s their business to ask why. It just reminds me to surround myself with people who have boundaries!
@@carrier8953 thank you Carrie! 💕 Yes it’s funny when you think about it - how alcohol is the only drug where you need to explain why you DONT do it. Ive noticed its difficult for people in general to understand - if you say you dont drink they are always surprised and assume that youre either pregnant, driving or take medication. I wish it was normal to believe that it can be a choice. You might also be battling addiction in which case its a big thing that not everyone wants to talk about especially while its already a difficult environment to be in when everyone else is drinking.

Genuine question. How do keep your energy up with a 1 year old, I’m chasing a 2 year old and all I want to do is sit when he’s calm. The walking… running stage is something else. But I love him so damn much.
Omg girl oceans not even walking so I don’t even fully understand the struggle yet. I have a routine of certain stations that keep him entertained. But I’m so scared for the walking stage. I’m sure your doing amazing mama!!🤍🤍
