The same could be said if the roles were switched. But the real issue is that men's interests were valued more than women's. Like for example how it was said not to bore your husband with your hobbies, or to not object or protest against anything he wants to do in the bedroom, to just go with it even if you don't want to. That was the real problem, not the ''husband works and provides money, wife cooks and cleans the house'' thing.

Ally Mayson its neither superior nor non-superior. It's that women are the child bearers and that has been their traditional "labor" while men labor with their hands. loathe as I am to reply to someone fishing for replies, I can't resist asking...who is telling us we need 3rd world populations to 'replace us'? Literally never heard that before. Considering the text of this video as traditional gender roles, I also struggle to see how it is superior to the more equal terms in modern 1st world society. At the most basic, how is it less productive for a society to not have half its population aiming to dedicate themselves to not contributing anything to the national workforce?
Ally Mayson its neither superior nor non-superior. It's that women are the child bearers and that has been their traditional "labor" while men labor with their hands. Unfortunately most "men" haven't been masculine enough to support a wife and family in this way for ages. This term I use 'masculine' has been used so loosely everyone thinks I'm talking about physicality or toughness but its much more than that. Its the ability to provide a well balanced life for the individuals under their supervision; as I said a true example of this on a societal scale will be only visible on display at museums unfortunately.
