Unless you have an actual irrational fear of heights like I do 😂 I wouldn’t have been able to walk up the stairs let alone have the floor drop from under me. I’ve collapsed in a lighthouse, and passed out on a overlook bridge/walkway haha. I talk myself into doing things that my irrational fear won’t let me do. Now the odd thing is if a roller coaster starts and ends on the ground I only panic on the chain lifts. I have yet to pass out on a coaster I think sitting down has something to do with preventing a full freak out.

its literally a straight drop down a tube, then at around 100 feet it curves and flows into the pool below, it simulates the feeling of free falling off a building

It's not as bad as it seems. It is scary when the person is counting down but you going down the slide isn't scary at all.. It's just like a regular waterslide.😁

I've done this body plunge 3 times and my God is it an amazing feeling. Such a great ride and a huge adrenaline rush. The water park is amazing and is worth every penny (70 bucks a ticket for one day is really not bad at all.) If you're in the Orlando area on a sunny day, go, it is amazing and such a fun time. I've gone twice with my girlfriend and we have had a blast every time.
I did the volcano one and when it was my turn my friend had to convince me for like 10 minutes to go on it and I did it and it was the scary thing ever.
Rode my first capsule slide at Kalahari , that was really scary. I said I’ll never ride one again, but I gotta face my fears and keep continuing to ride them. I always go to Universal studios/ ISland of Adv. but never had the chance to go to volcano bay. Definitely on my bucket list for next summer & ride the slide

I love volcano bay!! It’s was so awesome it was clean the pools were flipping amazing! The employees were super nice too. They had rides for everyone and I’m SUPER scared of heights but I loved most of the rides because they were mild. Lazy river was really nice too
I swear that that was the scariest water slide I’ve ever been on, I went last year, and I stayed at the hotel. The experience was great, all of the rides were great, the hotel was great. I did the big water slide once, and never again
