Any Casio at this price (many around especially in the sale) will beat this hands down.
The only reason to buy this is if you NEED a moving bezel (not many at this price have one), however, it is an awful bezel!

EDIT : If you want a moving Bezel, get the Casio MRW-200H-1BVES - £19.99, great watch.
I'm going to ask a basic question, as someone what never had a non-LCD watch : what is the point of a moving bezel ?

For example, when you boil eggs. You set up when it starts to boil to remove eggs after a couple of minutes. Then you forget about it and yet again have hard boiled eggs for breakfast. 😃
@@lassassindu5071 you can use it to record a start time for timing or as an end time as a countdown.
Some have markings allowing you to track a second time zone.
Originally they were used as timing for diving so you knew when to surface (but now rarely if ever for this, hence the term 'desk diver').

Honestly a decent watch I dig the DLC look and the tritium gas tubes they use there I said something nice 😆 joke aside great review mate almost to 2k

That would be a really great idea.
One thing you might have missed is this actually has a blue underside AR coating, its not much but it is there, you can catch it prism'ing at certain angles and it does say on site it has AR on mirror, it certainly is easy to read in all lights showing how a budget watch can nail it absolutely when more expensive pieces go overboard making their dials unreadable because of too much AR.
I did notice it yeah, its okay and actually quite impressive as some more expensive stuff doesn't have AR at all. Thanks
I have the original Aidis version of this watch and it is a superior beater! While the bezel IS sloppy, it’s surprisingly satisfying as a fidget spinner…very springy and great audibles. For some reason they just don’t want to make a perfect handset match. My black dial has a black handset instead of white to match the indices. And this one would look better with a black handset! But I love this orange. Might have to pick up one of these…since I love my MY-050 black dial so much!
Nice and that is a bit odd, black on black. But you could always take the hands of one of these and swap it onto the black and then put the black hands on the orange dial. Would be cool imo
It is a generic Chinese blank brand that Aidis and others paid to have their branding put on it, Skmei have just released one using the same case, dial, lume tubes etc, the Aidis now has a MK2 with different lume tubes of mostly blue and 20 mins of green I spotted yesterday.
Mine arrived yesterday, just over a week to arrive too which is heresy for Chinese stuff usually, I am a fiend for black and orange and this just slammed the brakes on my daughter enforced hiatus buying watches as I had just sprung for a modded custom Willard leading to much waggling of finger and nag muscles set to stun from daughter but this Addiesdive is just awesome. Would love to know if it is a lume infused quartz tube or as some have suspected as Aliexpress is flogging 'em super cheap, proper tritium gas tubes as the lume on this is better than anything else in my collection, better than my tritnite Invicta's too and only thing I got brighter is a Pulsar YT57 lumibrite kinetic which is outrageously bright and stays "lit" for nearly half an hour and can't wear it driving at night as it picks up car headlamps and its like a great green bogey gleaming at me on me wrist :P
I'm presuming the lume is probably not tritium for the price, I think the cheapest I've seen a proper one is around £100 or more, so its more than likely a cheaper way of doing it.

Nice looking watch Wes, though I’m never a huge fan of pvd coated black: love the orange dial and a diff take on indices is an interesting touch on this one with them being on the rehaut. I would probably like a silver stainless version of this one. Unfortunate about the bezel being so rough.
Maybe just me but on the macro the printing looks quite sloppy as well.

Great video! do you think its waterproof? At least for shallow swimming? I'm between this one and a Casio MRW-200H-7. This one for the looks and the casio obviously for the reliability, what do you think? I'm afraid of pruchasing this one only to regret totalling it out of water damage
Excellent review mate but, I would probably pass on this one. They really did a good job of imitating the tritium tubes with raised lume indices.
Fair play mate, deffo not for everyone and it does have some good qualities but overshadowed by a lot of bad. Thanks

how durable this is? can it take a small beating? it's around 25x cheaper than real luminox so yea with this i don't think i have to worry =D awesome video thanks!
the watch looks like a casio mrw-200h. If it were up to me, id definitely opt for the casio. and maybe hydromod it. I heard that hydromodding could increase the water resistance of a watch.
I would choose the casio over this one as well. And yes I believe it does increase as its harder for the water to pass through the liquid used.

Well at this price that's what most people buy this watch for they just want a watch that holds up very good . Thay don't about bezel action, @WesWatchRoom

Mate I believe this isn't ordinary lume, these are trutium tubes. They are filled with a radioactive gas slowly degrqdibg but glowing constantly for decades. Oh, but the watch is ugly 😆
Not sure on that one mate, think they're just a tritium look. Agree, its not the best looking out there.
