It’s a bit frustrating how not all the “ladder bosses” drop 925 gear.
Right? I got some great GA items item level 850..
For sure, they definitely need to increase stygian drop rates so we can fight challenging boss versions and get better drops
they are level 80, if you want all 925 run them as uber

as you progress through the tiers you will only farm bosses with Stygians so 925 - well thats what I do. pit farming use stygian and farm boses for GA uniques etc

My Druid got his 925 Tempest Roar from the Helltides altar. Usually have to farm Duriel for it.

i dropped a 3 GA ring on goblins and a 3GA gloves. This is very accurated.

They need to have it set that you beat the boss and you don't have to leave and you can just reset with out leaving and running back

I was doing tormented grigoire yesterday and uber dropped on first kil, grandfather. maybe they were talking about tormented version who knows.
i spent 13 hours in the training room with boss dolls…. no uber item either! 😭
Funny thing... I was farming for Duriel mats the other day and after getting bored doing Varshan my first Grigoire kill gave me Tyrael's Might. 😆

Same, got granpappy with GA while helping a random player to beat grigoires ass. Not eaying its worth it though, I didnt ever get anything useful from him other than that lol
You need to run the tormented version for uber uniques or at least for any reasonable chance.

For me they lie about the uber uniques drop. Did tormented runs but yet to find a uber. Better to create new character and do helltide to get the spark

It's already been mentioned that it's around 0.5% chance, so this sample size is just too small.
At this rate, aren't tired/pissed that Blizzard just flings abysmally low drop rates for stuff? I've played quite a lot of D4. Ran countless uber Duriels.. what did i get? No shakos no grandfathers, 2-3 seligs, 1 andy face, 1 ahavarion. Drop rates are too low... how am i supposed to enjoy a game that i'd have got 2-3 maxed characters when I cant get the good stuff to drop for just my main???? Even tho I like the game.. I'm about to leave it and uninstall and never look back

@@chamorro88 it's only been possible since the middle of last season and honestly the price of needing 5 (now nerfed to 4) uber uniques to salvage to craft one is plain laughable... 2 or max 3 would do it... 2 ideally... like oh i didnt get "it", oh i didnt get "it" again: slavage craft bingo... but no... you still need to be deceived like 4 times on a ridiculously low drop rate which shouldn't be lower than around 5 to 10%
@leschfeu1 you can get 3 guaranteed Resplendent Sparks per character, once for killing your first tormented boss, 1 for uber Lilith (admittedly currently bugged and not dropping) and 1 for max Iron Wolves reputation reward. If you put the Time in you could (in theory) just grind out Iron Wolves rep on as many alts as you want (delete each time you get a spark) and get all the uber uniques you want.

I feel like doing these on tormented would have a higher chance due to more loot dropping.
I got my first ever Uber in a nightmare dungeon. Randomly showed up in my stash mail in between running them while lvling up

I’ve done 100s of runs on the ladder bosses, including the level 200s, 0 Uber uniques, meanwhile I see RUclipsrs with multiples day 4 of the season and hundreds of millions in gold…
Did a dozen Uber duriel runs and got 3 Uber to drop, harlequin and ring of starless and the shrine Spear
And i ran 5 rotations two days ago and havent got a single uber or usable 925 legendaries... i see no improvement so far

They would have contracts where they get drops to make content with these builds to get views and so many videos need to be made advertisements purposes nba 2k do the same thing for my team creators it's a scam to get u to play more and spend money
fyi - the flame weaver needs high attacks speed as well. Assuming you going for firewall bolt/ min 60% attack speed in total. and only 3 core places to get that from, gloves/amulet and ring. you could on offhand but you losing too much. affixing attack speed on spells works at the cost of pit pushing dmg. and you need to max out everywhere as much attackspeed for CDR that attack speed becomes the min prerequire to run the builld. The bolts is just the dmg dealer to push higher. In other words, you first need to hit those min breakpoints using attackspeed and CDR to ensure you can cast firewall, shoot bolts enough times to reset flam shield in current meta. I wish someone told me this sooner but I would rather have had , starting out gloves with GA on attackspeed, then switch to GA on firebolts once flamshild at 5secduration CDR at 50% and attack speed way over 60%
You have zero% chance against the non tormented version- they gave a small chance for them to drop from the level 200 version- you can only get ubers from enemies at level 85 plus
Running it more doesn’t increase the chance. 1% stays 1%. It is all based on luck. Effort in games should be rewarded more in my opinion.
I got a shako from Vashan, or whatever the whisper boss is called.

Drop rates are so laughable I actually just quit playing. It became boring trying to get items with more than one GA to become stronger. I couldn't even kill an Uber boss with my fully decked out lvl 100 minion necromancer. Did 300 pit runs and 300 lvl 90 to 100 dungeons and all I found was garbage. Kinda sums up the end game experience.
This is crazy to watch. I haven’t gotten an Uber yet, but I get a reg unique or a greater affix EVERY time. Literally every time.
I got a shako from my first tormented grigiores kill, and then another from my first tormented duriel kill, on the same day and within 30 mins of each other. Felt like payback for 24 years of bad luck in Diablo
So basically don’t run this boss

No, just do this on a better class with the drops rate being different based on the class stats you need.

Basically, run tormented version only. Good 925 loot and you actually get Ubers. You’ll never get one on regular

"To many syllables", "GA sounds stupid". Given that you were testing uber drop rates, you could have saved yourself like 3:30mins by just saying you got nothing. I don't see what was accomplished by listening every single GA that drooped.

As far as I know you have to kill Tormented Bosses for Uber Uniques.
I got an Uber unique on my second kill of tormented Duriel, my lil bro had just spent hours farming tormented Duriel and Andariel, more than 12 kills each, that’s more than 25 tormented boss kills, and he didn’t get a single Uber unique. We party up and on our second kill I got the Ring of Starless Skies, needless to say, he was pretty upset lol
i think you have to do them tormented instead, like use stygian stones too
I got an Andariels from Helltide boss last night.
They really need to make it so you can summon bosses in the arena without having to reset dungeons and walk to the boss room again. It's absolutely soul destroying
And wait 12 seconds for the boss to spawn after you put in the mats and start the event
ya'll need to do the tormented boss, not the normal version lol. i've already got 2 of each Uber Unique farming Tormenteds
So I can't even farm them for the unique drops with GA. Those are all pit or nmd 100 drops? I've done a lot of hell tide and never got a 2 star unique. On got 2 1 star unique in 3 weeks of playing regular.
To be honest after running multiple pit 90-100, and also compare with helltide boss farm + chest, the results are in helltide you get more star items rather pit...

All about luck. Pulled 2 shakos within 10 runs on T Duriel. 1 was base, 2nd rolled a GA. still looking for that Grandfather!
They should add the trader for this living steel and other resources directly w/o killing bosses, its just time wasting considering its drop rate in S4

I managed to get 3 melted hearts this season. One I got from a NM dungeon 26 out of a random chest. I don't remember where the others came from. Maybe the helltide blood maiden. Anyway I was able to make a shako for my necro

That's why I don't waste time on bullcrap said by Devs, it's so easy to make ALTs and after 4 Iron Wolf Rep, you get a uber. (on my second one tonight, I hesitate between Tyrael or Amulet of Melted heart.. (I'll get the ring of starless later as my Alts don't need it.
And because of it, Uber Uniques have lost their charms. So yeah, good job Blizz, you wanted to scrap your game, after 1 year, I can't wait to see the expansion.. lol

I would love to see you run this same gauntlet, but after spending some money at the real store. My theory is that they up your chances of uber uniques when you spend money in the store to get you to….soend money in the store. Everyone complains about not finding UU, but I think those people are trying for free without buying bonus packs and crap. Why is my theory based on this? Simple..look at how many people have found harlequin crest on your next boss run. Last time I ran a few hrs ago, 5 of the 10 players in the group had an uber uniques of some sort. So….some math is seriously screwed up somewhere.
But you are not pointing out the uniques being dropped at the same time as the GAs… that does count for something. But, I agree, the uber uniques are just too far and few between. If you have to run 90+ times to get anything close to an uber…then this is broken.
I went even furher, i killed 300 hundred of this boss. 0 uber drops
To add a little spuce i killed 10 of the uber version. 0 drops as well

Now I get almost always an unique but always the same uniques rotation, no uber so far and ive been farming all week.

I did 150 runs and didn’t get any Uber or anything significant.

I've done around 100 normal runs of dueril and over 20 tormented runs of dueril and still haven't had an uber drop.
How is tormented Duriel? I can solo regular Duriel in about 2 - 3 minutes, but have been hesitant to try tormented with my minion Necro

@@lorzkotzros for shits and giggles, I tried running it last night. With holy bolts activated, it took me 3 tries. The hardest part is knocking down that first 1/4 health to summon more maggots to exploit holy bolts

Me and a buddy grinded for almost 10 hrs for stuff to summon tormented duriel. Then the next day we probably fought him almost 50 times. Tormented duriel. Gor zero ubers. So im taking a break once again from this bs
A couple of days ago I farmed the Beast in Ice and a Shako dropped. (After about 20 runs, I guess.)
So it's actually possible, but the rates are ridiculous.

i really think that the chance for an uber drop on normal othe Bosses is like 0.5%, so in order to properly test it u would need AT LEAST a 300 kill sample pool

The game itself is built in such a way that you cannot dress as intended in what falls on the floor. To dress at least in the pre-top, you will have to buy gold for real money and dress in Diablo trade.
Tormented is really the only way to go this.season
I've dropped 1 grandfather from lord zir and 1 grandfarher from grigoire at first attempt. 1 starless sky in pit lvl 81. Drop rate seems to be higher till now compared to season 3.

The devs were talking about tormented Uber bosses not the normal ones to drop Uber uniqus. They should have communicated better
According to ppl here saying they droped Ubers in lvl 75 bosses already and also from the Helltide boss.. looks like they communicated great xD

I got Tyrael's might from the level 100 5 steel Grigore yesterday while just getting duriel mats. Didn't think it was possible, marked it to recycle before I saw there were no stat ranges only explicit stats.
