You know under a lot stress and depression a per person can end up going crazy and murder hungry that can also full the with adrenaline to a point where they can't stop in life that's what I think of sonic and fleetway super sonic as 2 seperte beings as normal and pyscho sonics
Honestly a theory of mine is (if this is taken place during the Vs. EXE mod) that Sonic has to fight the grief of EXE killing his friends (probably why he is sad and/or weakened since he is downed by something), the EXE's constant taunting that Sonic failed, and finally the anger which causes Fleetway breaking through Sonic's conscious (since Fleetway is still one of the forms Sonic could take but sonic chooses not to).
This is after chaos, in cannon chaos was sonic heading to kill Amy and tails which leads to sonic turning back and after realizing what he done heads to a bar to hide out which leads to this.

Technically Super Sonic DID appear during the adventure arc, but not when he was merged to Sonic. That only happened at the very end of the comic.

I know this might just be a tweaked version of already existing vocals but this is my favorite sonic fnf voice so far
