Eu sou um cara de sorte
Eu tenho o mundo em uma corda
Se eu pudesse fazer tudo de novo
eu não mudaria nada
Às vezes eu me chamo dee dee rei

Wouldn't change a thing? How about getting hooked on heroin?
The hero we all needed.
Definitely a highlight in Dee Dee's musical career
"I like rap, and hip hop, I like hardcore and punk rock." So many NYHC cats reppin in the video too. Sammy from YOT, dudes rockin Altercation, YDL shirts, NYC Skins, etc.
Murphy's Law t-shirt too. The Way It Is, Where The Wild Things Are, New Breed, etc. Cool to see different generations of NYC subculture in this vid, from '77 punk to late 80's NYHC...
Mu uncle was the guy with the white ski mask. Miss you Lou and Dee Dee!
His Funk was legit…
and dope ass video with the guitar and baseline. you can tell he randomly filmed parts of it, and in sure some of that crowd just started following him off the street like some funk/punk pied piper
This would be more effective anti drug psa than the dare program
Every once in a while the hook for this gets stuck in my head and I've gotta watch this again
"I like hot...dogs, franks and beans. I grew up in Forest Hills, Queens."
first time listening: "wtf this is horrible"
second time: "why shouldn't i watch this again? its still horrible tho"
third time: "i'm a funky guy fu fu fu fu fu fu fu fu funky! ah yes i love this song"
How in the world did these extras keep a straight face during the shoot?
Paid in crack. Or smack.
#1) this track has a shit-ton of cowbell #2) check out Dee Dee's posse - black guys, skinheads, a guy in a luchadore mask...
I've had this chorus in my head for a week))))))
No no no. Bad dee dee. Bad! *sprays water bottle*
Guy was pure magic in the form of a human being. You gotta love Dee, even when he's bad he's good.
This was a lot better than I was expecting it to be.
Love it... Dee Dee has a great sense of humor and does what he wants... it works for him... I don't think he's out to change the world on this one.. just let him be.
I remember an interview where Dee Dee regretted doing this. He said "I must have thought I was black and I knew how to rap but I was wrong". Thank goodness, Dee Dee just followed his muse or we never would have been gifted this musical masterpiece from the Deities on Mount Olympus.
We had this as the first dance at our wedding.
no way!
This is an old comment, but I call BS
@@DrJ-hx7wv Wow,it has been a long while, thank you for your attention. Just to keep you updated we have since named our two sons Dee Dee and King.
